Eligibility and Accounts
- You must have authority to use the service for your club or organization.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Permitted Use
- Use the platform only for lawful business and operational purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not upload content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform policy.
Billing and Fees
Paid features may incur usage-based or subscription fees. You authorize charges according to your selected billing method and applicable pricing terms.
Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on third-party providers (for example, payment, messaging, and streaming). Use of those features may be subject to third-party terms and availability.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Intellectual Property
ShuffleID and related software, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform components.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, ShuffleID is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and relevant state law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
